I’m a mom to three boys, and grandma to one gorgeous little boy! Was married for 20 years.My paternal grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was about 10 and I’ve been actively crocheting since I was about 16. My maternal grandmother tried to teach me how to knit when I was about 12, but never could catch on. I can make a terrific, never-ending scarf… just don’t know how to finish it off! lol
I’ve been loom knitting since January 2007, and I love it! It’s so wonderfully quick and easy to learn. I’ve made dozens and dozens of hats and scarves, several infant booties, several toddler slipper socks, a couple of baby afghans, pillow covers, arm chair covers and other odds and ends.
I try to create my own patterns, when I can. I gladly share them, as long as copyright rules are obeyed. I worked hard to create them, and it wouldn’t be fair for someone else to claim them as their own. Just as I would never claim someone else’s work is mine!
