Wee Willie Winkie Long Stocking Cap

Well, still working on that scarf pattern, but I’ve finally designed a knit-with-needles pattern. It’s a rather easy pattern, but I didn’t want to get to intricate since I’m still getting the hang of the different pattern stitches and whatnot. However, I did want to share this with you all! The pics didn’t come out very well. The color looks a little washed out. It should be shades of lavender, blue, pink and a small bit of yellow andWee Willie Winkie Hat green. I’ve got to get my “good” digi-cam back from my son so I can take some better pics.

  • Yarn: Red Heart Super Saver Multis
  • Colorway: Monet
  • Needles: Size 6
  • Gauge: 12 sts and 12 rows=2 inches (stockinette stitch)
  • Other: tapestry needle to finish

New Knit Pattern Soon

I’ve been working on creating a new pattern.  This one is a knit scarf pattern, but I’m thinking I may work the design into a hat also.  That shouldn’t be to difficult.  Once I’m finished with it, I’ll post the pattern link and some photos.

I’m also still working on a pair of slippers for my brother, and a baby hooded poncho for my grandson.  But the majority of my crafting time is spent working on the new pattern.  The slippers should be done by now, and the poncho should be almost done.  But not so!  lol

So, anyway, that’s the update.  More about the pattern later.  ;o)

New look… sort of.

I’ve changed things around a bit here. You’ll notice that the patterns seem to be missing. But they really aren’t missing at all! To conserve space and create a more streamlined look, I’ve removed the posted patterns and instead put up a link for each one where you can download the .pdf version of them for free.

The images are still intact, so you can see what my FO for each one looks like. Below the images you will find the direct download links. This has made it easier for me to maintain and I think it will be easier for you to browse around this blog looking for a specific pattern.

Please let me know if you find this visual content easier to browse. I’m only trying to improve things here, and if it doesn’t work well for you, then it won’t work well for me!
